"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, 196 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
