"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they by authorized to act jointly and severally”.
