At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 10.00 am on 17 August 2022, via Microsoft Teams the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 196 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
