At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 9.30 am on 7 November 2022 via Microsoft Teams the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
