“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that John Radford (IP No. 24150) of Lucas Ross Limited, Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS and Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
