"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
