NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

On 24 August 2017 the above-named company went into insolvent liquidation.

I, Basit Rahil Nasim , of 35 Wellington Road, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 4NF was a director of the above-named company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into liquidation.

It is my intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 by acting as a director of Smoke & Mercy Limited (registered number 10797383). Smoke & Mercy Limited intends to trade as “Hotbox”, “Chuck” and “Chuck’s Burgers”, being prohibited names in relation to me pursuant to section 216(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

By an order dated 29 September 2017 the Companies Court, Chancery Division, High Court of Justice made an order that pursuant to section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, Basit Rahil Nasim do have permission to be a director of Smoke & Mercy Limited (registered number 10797383).
