1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

2. That Peter Richard James Frost and Victor Henry Ellaby of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Gloucestershire GL51 0UX, be appointed Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
