Notice is hereby given that on 6 October 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by The Society of Solicitors in the Supreme Courts of Scotland, SSC Library, Parliament House, Edinburgh EH1 1RF craving the Court inter alia that HOSTELS (SCOTLAND) LTD. a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC487826) and having it’s registered office 58 Long Lane, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Angus, DD5 1HH (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and Ian Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, of Quantuma LLP, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB be appointed as interim liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by interlocutor of 6 October 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Tay Street, Perth, PH2 8NL within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
