A petition to wind-up the above-named Company of (Registered Office) 93-97 High Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire WD3 1EF presented on the 15 August 2022 by INGRAM MICRO (UK) LIMITED whose registered office is situate at Cbxii, 406-432 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2EA (Claiming to be a Creditor of the Company) will be heard at Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on 5th October 2022, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
