At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Unit 1 78 Icknield Way, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5BB on 3 November 2020, at 1.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Goldstein (IP No. 6880) of Savants Restructuring Limited, 83 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0HW be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 3 November 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Mark Goldstein as liquidator.
