A petition to wind up the Company of C/O Murrells Limited, 69-75 Thorpe Road, Norwich, England, NR1 1UA, was presented to the Court on 12 July 2022 by the Company (“the Petition”).

The Petition of the Company will be heard at the Norwich County Court, The Law Courts, Bishop gate, Norwich, NR3 1UR on 21 September 2022 at 10:00 hours or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on 20 September 2022.
