NOTICE IS GIVEN that at a virtual meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held on 3 August 2022 the following resolutions were passed as Special resolutions and Ordinary resolutions respectively:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily;

2. That Martin Frederick Peter Smith and Nicola Joanne Meadows of Dains Business Recovery Limited, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately and;

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the Company`s assets in specie and;

4. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to recover Category 2 expenses in accordance with their recovery policy disclosed to the Members;

5. That the Joint Liquidators understand Dains Accountants Limited have been instructed to prepare final accounts and to submit final tax returns for the Company. However, shall any further work be required, the Joint Liquidators be authorised to instruct Dains Accountants Limited to carry out the work.
