A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Horsforth Mill Limited (CO REF No. 09432619), of 20 York Place, Leeds, England LS1 2EX, formerly of 7 Praed Street, London W2 1NJ, presented on 18 February 2016 by LEEDS CITY COUNCIL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds, on 12 April 2016, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4.00 pm on 11 April 2016.
