and an ORDINARY RESOLUTION “that LAURENCE RUSSELL (IP No. 9199) of Albert Goodman LLP, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
