At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Inverurie Business Hub, Burghmuir Circle, Blackhall Industrial Estate, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, AB51 4FS on 14 February 2020 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, (IP Nos. 8368 and 8584) and be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
