Notice is hereby given that written resolutions were passed on 20 June 2022 by the members to wind up the above named Company and appoint Joint Liquidators as follows:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) and Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters."
