A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 3 Islingbrook, Shenley Brook End, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK5 7EU, presented on 7 December 2015 by MICHAEL TIMOTHY BOWELL AND DERMOT COAKLEY, both of 2nd Floor Offices, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford GU1 3QT, as Joint Supervisors of the Failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of Hoood Limited, will be heard at the County Court at Guildford, The Law Courts, Mary Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4PS, on 5 February 2016, at 11.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner in accordance with the Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 4 February 2016.
