A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston (Court Ref: LIV-L1-22) by Hugh Stewart, John Robert Wardlaw and Kevin Roberts Whitters as the directors of Homeheat Group Limited, having its registered office at Coralinn House, 4 Royston Road, Livingston, EH54 8AH (the "Company"), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company (Reg. no. SC571086) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 15 March 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Stuart Charles Robb, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 19450, Tel: 0330 055 5455) and Michelle Marie Elliot, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 22750, Tel: 0330 055 5455) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
