Notice is hereby given that on 1 August 2019 a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court on behalf of Homefort Developments Limited, (registered number SC242538) formerly having its registered office at c/o KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition Sheriff Ross by Interlocutor dated 1 August 2019 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
