Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 July 2019 at 10:00 am as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Boughey (IP No. 9611) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Hartwell House, 55-61 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6AD and Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
