Notice is hereby given at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 6 September 2021 at 4.00 pm (adjourned from 10.00 am) the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Lewis (IP No. 24710) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5AF and Damian Webb (IP No. 14970) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
