At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at the offices of BDO LLP, Kings Wharf, 20-30 Kings Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3EX on 06 May 2016 the subjoined special resolution was duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily and that Danny Dartnaill and William Matthew Humpries Tait, both of BDO LLP, Kings Wharf, 20-30 Kings Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3EX, (IP Nos. 10110 and 9564) are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly covened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Danny Dartnaill and William Matthew Humpries Tait was confirmed.
