“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Kelmanson (IP No. 4866) of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding-up.”
