At a general meeting of the Charity, duly convened and held at Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon PL21 9AE on 10 March 2022, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Charity be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Trembath and Hamish Adam of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Charity for the purposes of such winding up.” It was further resolved that any act required or authorized under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.
