NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 15 April 2019 at 3.30 pm, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Request access from the Insolvency Practitioner.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Drewitt House, 865 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth BH11 8LW, up to the commencement of the meeting.
