“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and David Acland (IP No. 8894) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
