NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within two months of the last date for proving being 8 July 2022.

Creditors who have not yet proved, must send their proof of debt (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Liquidators at Business Restructuring, BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH or to BRCMTMidlandsandBristol@bdo.co.uk by the last date for proving.

Should you fail to submit your claim by the last date for proving you will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend.
