NOTICE is hereby given that on 2 September 2019 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Anna Martin for an order to wind up Holloway Martin LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 (Registered Number SO303420), having its Registered Office at 150 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2HG, in which Petition, Sheriff McCormick by Interlocutor dated 2 September 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and in the meantime appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD to be Provisional Liquidators of Holloway Martin LLP with authority to exercise the powers conferred by sections 135, 167 and 169 and contained in Parts I to III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
