Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 18 October 2021 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Thompson (IP No. 26370) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
