"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul William Harding (IP No. 6310) of tri Group, Suite 1 Cannon Court East, Abbey Lawn, Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 5DE and Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No. 9579) of tri Group, Avalon, 28-32 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EZ be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
