At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 13 Cromwell Road, Eynesbury, PE19 2HP on 22 October 2019, the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
