At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 17 January 2020, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Annette Reeve be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 17 January 2020 the appointment of Annette Reeve as Liquidator was confirmed.
