At a general meeting of the Member of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Kings Solicitors, 10 Joel Street, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 1PE on 27 January 2021 at 2:15pm, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Jeremy Charles Frost (IP No. 9091) of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1 LU, be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator be authorised to recover Category 2 expenses in accordance with his recovery policy disclosed to the member."
