By whom Appointed: Creditors. Note that the Company entered members’ voluntary liquidation on 26 October 2020 and Shane Biddlecombe and Gordon Johnston of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd were appointed joint liquidators. Pursuant to section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the former liquidators formed the view that the Company was unable to pay its debts in full within the prescribed time limit. Accordingly, a virtual meeting of creditors was held on 10 February 2021 at which Colin Diss, Michael Leeds and Nicholas Wood were appointed joint liquidators and the winding up of the Company was converted to a creditors’ voluntary liquidation under section 96 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
