"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sam Talby (IP No. 9404) and Rob Coad (IP No. 11010) both of Undebt.co.uk, Orchard St Business Centre, 13-14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
