A Petition to wind up the above-named company of HOC ESTATES (LRH1) LIMITED (11494702) of 7 Moorhead Lane, Shipley BD18 4JH, 7 Moorhead Lane, Shipley BD18 4JH (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 68100 - Buying and selling of own real estate AND 68209 - Other letting and operating of own or leased real estate, presented on Friday 16 July 2021, at 00:00 by CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL, of Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 08 November 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
