"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brendan P Hogan (IP No. 13030) of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 4th Floor, Churchgate House, Bolton, BL1 1HL be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
