"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jack Callow (IP No. 25210) and Malcolm Rhodes (IP No. 600736121) both of Bishop Fleming LLP, 16 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4NT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
