Notice is hereby given by Gordon A M Simmonds of Simmonds & Company, Crown House, 217 Higher Hillgate, Stockport, Cheshire SK1 3RB that a meeting of the creditors of HMB Fabrications Services Limited, 7C Kayley Industrial Estate, Richmond Street, Ashton under Lyne OL7 0AU is to be held at Crown House, 217 Higher Hillgate, Stockport, Cheshire SK1 3RB on 1 February 2016 at 12.00 noon.

The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of considering the Administrator’s statement of proposals and to consider establishing a creditors’ committee. If no creditors’ committee is formed at this meeting, a resolution may be taken to fix the basis of the Administrator’s remuneration. A proxy form should be completed and returned to me by 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting if you cannot attend and wish to be represented.

In order to be entitled to vote under Rule 2.38 at the meeting you must give to me, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, details in writing of your claim.
