A Petition to wind up the above-named company (Registered No. 05894676) of Units 6 & 7 Swan Lane Business Park Exning Newmarket Suffolk CB8 7FN presented on 8 November 2019 by Belinda Jayne York, (2) Sally-Ann Ginever and (3) Miriam Sarah West, of c/o Ashton Bond Gigg, Pearl Assurance House Friar Lane Nottingham NG1 6BX ("the Petitioners") all claiming to be former employees of and creditors of HLJ Foods Limited (which traded as "Appealing Snax") will be heard at The Business and Property Courts in Birmingham, Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Hearing Centre, Priory Courts 33 Bull Street Birmingham B4 6DS.
