At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham B1 2JB on 11 January 2018 the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Craig Povey and Richard Toone both of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Craig Povey and Richard Toone as Joint Liquidators was not confirmed, and Richard Kenworthy and Julian Pitts (IP Nos 9499 and 7851) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds LS1 2HJ were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
