A Petition to wind up the above named Company (registration no. 11407573) whose registered office is 15-16 Gerrard Street, London, W1D 6JE presented on 5 October 2020 by Npower Ltd acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 2 December 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
