At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH on 13 June 2016 at 11:30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Lloyd Edward Hinton, FIPA, (IP Number: 9516) of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company".
