"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."
