At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 30 St Paul’s Square, Birmingham, B3 1QZ on 21 March 2017 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that M D Hardy, of Poppleton & Appleby, 30 St Paul’s Square, Birmingham B3 1QZ, (IP No 9160) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.” At the subsequent Creditors meeting held on 21 March 2017, the Creditors appointed N Jones (IP No 9326) and J A Lowe (IP No 9513) of FRP Advisory LLP as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and the former liquidator was given his release.
