“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kikis Kallis (IP No 004692 of Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately.”
