Notice is given by Steven Wiseglass that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 24 March 2021 at 2pm. The purpose of the virtual meeting is to form a committee, and if one is not formed, to fix basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration and disbursements in accordance with the Liquidator’s Fee Proposal dated 3 March 2021.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Inquesta Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, St John's Terrace, 11-15 New Road, Manchester, M26 1LS by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.

As a result of the current Covid-19 Pandemic, I am inviting creditors to access the meeting via Zoom. Access to the scheduled Zoom meeting can be obtained from the office, please contact the office for details. If you wish to attend the meeting in person, arrangements must be made in advance of the meeting and you must notify the office holder, Steven Wiseglass immediately.
