A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Hermes House Fire Fly Avenue Swindon Wiltshire SN2 2GA formerly 38-42 Newport Street, Swindon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, SN1 3DR, presented on 5 September 2022, by SMITHS CONCRETE LIMITED of Enslow, Kidlington, Oxford, OX5 3AY claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 25 October 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
