A Petition to wind up the above named Company whose registered office is 80-83 Long Lane, London, EC1A 9ET presented on 16 April 2019 by TOTAL GAS & POWER LTD, WHOSE REGISTERED OFFICE IS BRIDGE GATE, 55-57 HIGH STREET, REDHILL, SURREY, RH1 1RX acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Business & Properties Court, Insolvency & Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 25 September 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
